摘  要:为了控制复杂叶轮结构的加工精度和加工质量,提出一种基于UG的叶轮流道四轴联动数控加工编程方法,以某典型叶轮为加工对象,确定其加工工艺方案,并采用"相对于驱动体"和"插补矢量"结合的刀轴控制方法,从而避免发生复杂小曲面加工的干涉和跳刀现象。通过合理设定"步距"和"切削步长"来降低加工误差,保证加工精度,从而为结构复杂曲面叶轮的精确数控加工提供参考。The method of four axis linkage numerical control processing programming of impeller based on UG is presented in order to control the machining accuracy and cutting quality of complex surface impeller.Taking a typical impeller as the processing object,the machining process plan is determined.The method of cutter shaft control is combined relative to the driving body with interpolation of vector.It avoided the interference and jump phenomenon in machining complex curved surface.It ensured the machining accuracy through a reasonable set of"step"and"cutting step"to reduce the machining error.It provided reference to precision CNC machining of complex surface impeller.
