摘  要:基于冷端系统对湿冷机组经济性影响的重要性,以节能诊断及优化试验数据为基础,从冷端系统整体出发,建立了一套完整的冷端系统节能诊断评价体系。对影响冷端系统性能的各项因素进行了定性和定量研究,研究了冷端系统的最优运行方式,提出相关的节能降耗措施。为冷端系统性能评价和设备状态监测提供了理论依据,具有一定的工程应用价值。Based on the influence of the cold end system on the economical efficiency of wet cooling unit and data of the energy-saving diagnosis and optimization, a complete energy-saving diagnosis evaluation system for cold end system starting from the cold end system. Qualitative and quantitative study have been carried out on all factors influencing the performance the cold end system, the optimal operation mode of cold end system has been studied and measures of energy saving have been put forward. It provides theory basis for the performance evaluation of cold end system and the device state monitoring and has certain engineering application value.
