摘　　要：云南磷矿资源开发力度逐步加大,富矿石逐年减少,优质磷矿资源已经无法满足磷复肥生产需要,合理利用中低品位磷矿资源显得尤为重要。采用浮选柱对云南某中低品位风化胶磷矿进行正浮选试验研究,经过一次粗选和一次精选后可以获得磷精矿P2O5品位29.21%,磷收率75.33%,浮选磷精矿能够满足湿法磷酸生产要求,作为磷复肥生产用矿。With the great development of phosphorus chemical industry in Yunnan, high - quality phosphate rock resource has been unable to meet the need of phosphorus compound fertilizer production. The rational use of middle - low grade phosphate rock resource is very important. The phosphate concentrate containing P2 05 of 29. 21% with recovery of 75.33 % was obtained using the column direct - flotation process by one roughing and one cleaning from middle - low grade weathered collophanite in Yunnan. The flotation phosphate con- centrate can meet the requirements of the wet process of phosphoric acid and can he used for phosphorus compound fertilizer production.
