摘  要:用ACP部分替代丁羟复合推进剂配方中的AP,制备了含ACP的丁羟复合推进剂,用靶线法、热重法(TG)和差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了该推进剂的燃烧性能和热分解行为.结果表明,随着ACP添加量的增大,丁羟复合推进剂在6.86、9、12和15 MPa压力下的燃速提高,在6.86~15 MPa范围内的压强指数也逐渐提高.ACP的加入使得丁羟复合推进剂的主要分解峰前移,从而提高推进剂的燃速.The HTPB composite propellants containing ACP were prepared by adding different content of ACP.The combustion performance of HTPB composite propellant containing ACP was investigated by target line method.Thermal decomposition behaviors of this propellant were studied by thermogravimetry (TG) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC).Results show that with increasing the amount of ACP in the propellant,the burning rate at 6.86,9,12 and 15 MPa increases and the pressure exponent at 6.86-15 MPa also gradually increases.The addition of ACP makes the main exothermic decomposition peak of the propellant shift downwards,which results in the high burning rate of propellant.
