摘  要:用共聚甲醛(POM)逐渐替代蔗糖八醋酸酯(SOA),通过改变降速剂的配比,制备了低燃速双基推进剂,用DSC和SEM分析了其热分解和燃烧熄火表面形貌,研究了复合降速剂配比对低燃速推进剂燃烧性能的影响。分析了含复合降速剂的推进剂的燃烧机理。结果表明,用POM替代SOA,使推进剂的能量提高,麦撒效应移向高压强区域移,平台效应显现,平台效应区域加宽;两种降速剂熔化和吸热分解作用影响推进剂中含能组分的起始分解温度,改变了推进剂的燃烧性能;燃烧熄火表面的Pb、Cu元素含量远高于推进剂配方中的含量,催化效应与降速剂熔化和吸热分解共同作用改变了推进剂的燃烧性能。The double-base propellants with low burning rate were prepared by applying the gradually substitution of POM for SOA and changing the ratio of deceleration agents.Thermal decomposition behavior and quenched surface of the propellant were analyzed by DSC and SEM.The effects of ratio of composite deceleration agents on the combustion characteristics of double-base propellant with low burning rate were studied.The combustion mechanism of propellant containing composite deceleration agents was analyzed.The results show that the substitution of POM for SOA makes the energy of the propellant enhance,Mesa effect shift towards high pressure range,the plateau effect appear and the pressure range of the plateau effect widen.The initial decomposition temperature of energetic component in propellant is affected by melting and endothermic decomposition of two kinds of composite deceleration agents,resulting in change of the combustion characteristics of propellant.The content of Pb and Cu in quenched surface is far higher than those in propellant.The combustion performances of propellant are changed by combined action of catalytic effects and the melting and endothermic decomposition of composite deceleration agents.
