摘 要:以高能发射药R0为基础,通过调节溶剂体积比、硝化棉(NC)含氮量以及1,5-二叠氮基-3-硝基氮杂戊烷(DA)和硝化甘油(NG)质量比,制备了发射药样品R1、R2和R3。通过落锤撞击试验、密闭爆发器实验和扫描电镜图片,研究了发射药撞击后的结构变化和抗撞击损伤性能。结果表明,在共混增塑剂总含量不变的条件下,提高DA与NG的质量比,可显著改善发射药的低温(-40℃)抗撞击损伤性能,破碎度由3.27降至1.19。降低NC含氮量或增加溶剂中丙酮的含量有助于改善发射药的抗撞击损伤性能。The R1,R2,R3 test samples based on the high-energy gun propellant R0 were prepared by adjusting the volume ratio of solvent,nitrogen content of nitrocellulose(NC) and mass ratio of 1,5-diazido-3-nitrazapentane (DA)and nitroglycerin(NG).The structural change and anti-impact fracture property of gun propellants after impact were studied via drop hammer test,closed bomb test and scanning electron microscopy.The results show that under the conditions of constant total content of blending plasticizer,the increase of mass ratio of DA and NG may significantly improve the anti-impact fracture property of gun propellant at lower temperature of-40 ℃ and the fracture degree of propellants may reduce from 3.27 to 1.19.The decrease of nitrogen content of NC or increase of acetone content in solvent are beneficial to improve the anti-impact fracture property of gun propellant.
