高性能宽相对分子质量分布/多峰聚乙烯的研制

摘　　要：以SiO2为载体、TiCl4为主催化剂、无机镍化合物及有机N杂环化合物为添加剂制备了Ziegler-Natta催化剂,在单反应釜中催化乙烯或乙烯/1-己烯聚合合成了宽相对分子质量分布聚乙烯及乙烯/1-己烯的共聚物。考察了不同的镍化合物、N杂环化合物、聚合温度、单体压力及1-己烯的用量对聚合行为的影响。当m(SiO2)∶m(NiCl2)=10∶1,添加少量2-氯吡啶,Al/Ti=100(物质的量比,在80℃己烷溶剂中,H2压力为0.28 MPa,催化剂具有高的催化效率,达3.5 kgPE/g cat。聚合物的MWD为15.8。当1-己烯加入量为15 mL时,催化剂催化效率为3.7 kgPE/g cat,聚合物的MWD为16.9。SiO2 -supported Ziegler- Natta catalyst is prepared by TiC14 as major component mixing with inorganic Ni compound and organic heterocyclic nitrogen compound in hexane. Polyethylene with broad molecular weight distribution are prepared by one pot strategy in the presence of the Ziegler - Natta cata- lyst. The effects of the structure of Ni compound and heterocyclic nitrogen compound, temperature, mono- mer pressure and the content of hexene - 1 in feed on polymerization are investigated. Under the optimum conditions of the ratio of SiO2 to Ni compound = 10 ： 1 in weight,the ratio of AL/Ti = 100 in mol,hydro- gen pressure = 0.28 MPa and at 80 ~C, the catalytic efficiency is as high as 3.5 kg PE/g cat, GPC showes that the molecular weight distribution（MWD） is 15.8. However, the amount of 1 - hexene is 15 mL in feed, under the same conditions, the catalytic efficiency is 3.7 kg PE/g cat, and MWD of the polymer is 16.9.
