摘  要:2Cr13不锈钢阀体除要求耐海水腐蚀外,还要具有良好的力学性能特别是低温(-29℃)冲击韧度。但采用常规调质处理难以使阀体的力学性能达到要求。后采用940℃亚温油淬和650℃高温回火的工艺,阀体的力学性能达到了要求。One type of 2Cr13 stainless steel valve body is expected to give satisfactory mechanical properties, particularly the impact toughness at -29 ℃, apart from resistance to seawater corrosion. However, the conventional quenching and high tempering practice is difficult to allow the valve body to develop the desired mechanical properties. Later on, the mechanical properties of the valve body have conformed with the requirements after being heat treated by quenching from an intereritical temperature of 940℃ in oil and then high tempering at 650 ℃.
