摘　　要：平面包络环面蜗轮副与普通圆柱蜗杆副相比,在啮合特性上有许多不同,由于同时啮合的齿数多,所以是一种体积小、承载大的特殊蜗杆副。在制造加工上与普通圆柱蜗轮副相比,工艺方法完全不同。文章主要论述了:根据平面包络环面蜗轮副的形成原理,通过改造现有普通梳齿机达到自主生产满足使用要求的平面包络环面蜗轮副产品的方法。Comparitlg the planar enveloping woma gear pair with the nonual cylindrical worm gear pair, there are many differences in the meshing characteristics. It is a special woma pair which works under heavy load but with small size, and more teeth are meshed at the same dine. The manufhcturing method of the planar enveloping wonu gear pair is completely different with the normal cylin- drical worm gearing pairs. This paper mainly discusses the method, by remodeling existing rack shaping machine, to fabricate the re- quired planar enveloping worm gear pair based on its tbmaation principle.
