摘 要:云南省蒙自铅锌矿含铅1.09%,含锌1.97%,由于矿石嵌布粒度较细且矿物组成复杂,相互包裹、共生,浮选指标并不理想。根据该矿石性质及现场的药剂制度和流程进行试验探索研究,采用石灰作为pH调整剂和抑制剂,硫酸锌作为抑制剂,六偏磷酸钠作为分散剂,以乙硫氮和MA作为组合捕收剂,磨矿细度为-0.074 mm占85%,有效提高了铅精矿的品位和回收率。The lead-zinc ore of Yunnan Mengzi mine, containing 1.09% Pb and 1.97% Zn , is difficult to be floated successfully, because the ore's component is complex , and the target mineral is closely associated with other metallic minerals and gangue minerals. Based on the characteristic of the run-of-mine ore, this study investi- gate suitable reagent regime and technical process to improve grade and recovery of the lead concentrate. By using lime and zinc sulfate as depressants , sodium hexametaphosphate as dispersant and a specific collector-combina- tion, a good flotation result can be achieved at the grinding fineness of -0. 074 mm mesh 85%.
