摘 要:为了促进中国鄂西地区高磷铁矿的合理利用,试验研究了工艺因素对高磷铁水预脱硅的影响。结果表明随着脱硅剂用量的增大,脱硅率的增加并不显著。脱硅剂用量在30 kg/t左右时,脱硅氧效率在50%以上。碱度和FeO过量系数对脱硅反应具有交互作用,氧化剂和石灰的配比量合适才能得到较高的脱硅率。搅拌气体流量约为0.4 L/min,温度约为1400℃时,脱硅效率较高。为了提高脱硅率,必须在开始阶段加强搅拌,使脱硅反应尽快地进行。In order to promote the rational utilization of high-phosphorus iron ore in western Hubei of China, the effect of process parameters on desilication rate of the high-phosphorus hot metal was investigated. The results show that with increasing dosage of the desilication reagent, the desilication rate increases slightly. The oxygen effi- ciency is over 50% when desilieation reagent addition is about 30 kg/t. The slag basicity affects the desilication rate simultaneously with the excess coefficient of FeO, and higher desilication rate could be achieved when the propor- tion between oxidant and lime is appropriate. Desilication rate is higher when the stirring gas flow was about 0.4 L/ min and the desilication reaction temperature is about 1400℃. Strengthening stirring of bath at the beginning peri- od can improve kinetics condition of the desilication reaction.
