摘 要:针对某钾盐矿,进行了KYF型充气式浮选机的工业试验研究。采用2台KYF-50型充气式浮选机替代原流程中8台SF-8小型浮选机,同时进行了充气量、吸浆能力、运行功耗、矿浆悬浮能力的测定及液面的自动控制检测,最终获得精矿品位为26.69%,回收率为93.27%技术指标,达到了工业试验要求。试验结果表明,充气式浮选机可满足该钾盐浮选的工艺要求,为该钾盐矿的设备大型化提供了基础。设备大型化可减少浮选机数量,具有高效节能、液位系统配置合理的优点。An industrial test of the pneumo-mechanical flotation machine (KYF) is carried out for a potassium ore. The original 8 SF-8 small flotation machine are replaced by 2 pneumo-meehanieal flotation machine ( KYF- 50). The operation performance indices such as aeration rate, slurry-sucking ability, power consumption and pulp suspension capacity are measured, and an automatic pulp level control ststem is implemented. A flotation result with the final concentrate grade of 26.69% at a recovery of 93.27% is achieved, which satisfied the industrial test requirements. The results show that the pneumo-mechanieal machine meets the requirements of sylvite flotation. It lays a solid foundation for sylvite flotation machine upsizing. The facility upsizing can reduce the number of flotation machines, and has the advantages of high efficiency, energy-saving and having a reasonable configuration for the pulp level control system.
