摘 要:为了确保低产低渗透油田得以有效动用,采用了树状电加热集油工艺。由于电加热管是由末端温控器控制,造成了电加热管在高温和低温下运行时间较长,从而影响了电加热管内原油的流动性;而且当油井含水接近转相点时,端点井井口回压会急剧上升,生产中应采取措施,避免这种情况发生。通过室内实验与现场试验相结合,运用以下措施改善了电加热管流动性,包括:井口加药,防止乳状液形成;补水越过转相点,降低黏度,减小压力损失;利用时控器替代温控器,节约电能,降低施工量和生产管理的维护费用;提高集输温度。In order to develop the low permeability oilfield effectively,the tree- like electric heating oil gathering technology has been applied.Because the electric heating pipeline is controlled by the thermostat at the end,which can cause the pipeline running a long time at high or low temperature,the oil liquidity in the pipeline can be affected.When the water cut of oil well is near the phase transition point,wellhead back pressure of endpoint well will increase dramatically.Measures should be taken to avoid this situation.Through the combination of laboratory experiment and field test,some measures can be carried out to improve the oil liquidity of electric heating pipeline such as wellhead adding to prevent emulsion formation,water replenishing to cross the phase transition pointing in order to reduce viscosity and the pressure loss,the time controller replacing the thermostat to save energy and reduce the amount of construction and maintenance cost of production management,increasing the gathering temperature.
