摘 要:为掌握油井生产动态及判断井下设备的工作状况,测试动液面是生产现场的一项关键性工作。传统的动液面测试方法是利用回声仪进行测试,使用无弹头火药子弹或氮气瓶声弹作为发声介质,由人工定期进行操作。由于使用的设备危险、笨重,因此很难长时间连续测试。其他测量方法,诸如电动气枪、电动氮气瓶,由于其工艺结构复杂,成本较高,使用寿命短,推广起来比较困难。为此,针对油田生产中动液面无法连续测量并远程采集的问题,研制开发出动液面远程在线监测系统。系统采用无线远程控制的电控气爆脉冲声源,解决了枪弹式声源无法自动装填和高压气瓶需要定期更换的难题,能够实现液面的连续监测和远程采集,为油田安全生产提供重要技术保障。The test of working fluid level is a key work of producing in order to grasp the well production performance and judge the working condition of underground equipment.The traditional test method for dynamic liquid level is using echometer for testing.And gunpowder without warheads bullet or nitrogen cylinder sound bullets has been used as sound medium by manual operation.Due to the use of dangerous and heavy equipment,it is difficult to test continuously for a long time.Other measurements(such as electric gun,electric nitrogen cylinder),because of their complicated technological structure,high cost and short working life,the promotion will be more difficult.Because the continuous measuring for dynamic liquid level and the remote data-acquisition during producing of oilfield can not be done,the remote online monitoring system for dynamic liquid level has been developed.The system uses the electronic control gas explosion pulse sound source with wireless remote control to solve the problem that the bullet sound source can not fill automatically and high-pressure cylinders need periodic replacement.The continuous monitoring and remote data-acquisition for liquid level can be achieved and the important technical support for oilfield safety production has been provided.
