摘 要:选取宝鸡市城区测点用平皿沉降法测量了空气微生物粒子沉降量。结果表明空气细菌、真菌和总菌量各自的平均值为 7755.2 CFU /m3、366.8CFU /m3和 81 2 2 .0 CFU /m3。空气真菌占总菌量的比率为 4.5%。从一个侧面反映出宝鸡市的空气环境已受到了中度污染。与铜陵的比较 ,表达了中国东、西部规模相近城市间空气微生物及由此反映出的空气质量差异。必须提高人们的环境忧患意识 ,使空气质量更上一层楼。The air borne microbial particles precipitation from some sites over the urban district in Baoji City was monitored by using the technique of gravity plate. The result obtained was that:the average air borne bacterial,fungous and total microbial particles precipitations were 7 755.2 CFU/m 3,366.8 CFU/m 3 and 8 122.0 CFU/m 3 respectively. The percentage of air borne fungous content occupied in total ones was 4.5%. It reflected from a side that the air environment of Baoji City was suffered immediately from pollution. The result expressed that the difference of air quality on the basic of air borne microbial conditions between Baoji and Tongling,and the differentiation among the similar scale cities in the Eastern and Western parts in the mainland of China. The people ought to arrange further production and living according to Baoji and Tongling’s conditions and heighten public environment concerned consciousness for raising the air quality of Baoji going up to a higher level.
