摘　　要：病历档案管理是医疗机构的主要工作之一,但其使用的途径和开放的程度应受到一定的限制,隐私权作为患者重要的人格权,理应受到法律的保护。因此,处理好病历档案管理与患者隐私权保护之间的关系,不仅有助于完善有关隐私权立法,而且也有助于建立和谐的医患关系,降低医疗纠纷发生率。Medical records management is one of the important job of medical organizations, however release of the information shall be restricted since patients/ privacy rights shall be protected by law. Hence proper management and protection of the medical records not only helps to privacy right legalizing but also contributes to harmonious doctor-patient relationship ;meanwhile, it can also reduce the occurrence of conflicts between patients and medical personnel.
