摘  要:在CuO-ZrO2催化剂中引入ZnO,考察了ZnO对CuO-ZrO2物化性能及催化CO2加氢合成甲醇性能的影响,优化了CuO-ZnO-ZrO2催化剂的Zn/Zr比。结果表明,适量ZnO的添加增加了催化剂中铜的比表面积,显著提高了催化剂表面的碱性位数目,从而有利于H2的吸附解离和CO2的吸附。ZnO的加入提高了催化剂的催化活性和甲醇选择性,当Zn/Zr比为2∶3时,催化活性最高。The effects of ZnO on the physicochemical properties and the catalytic performance of CuO-ZrO2 for the hydrogenation of CO2 to methanol were investigated. The results showed that the specific surface area of metallic copper in the catalyst, which was favorable for the adsorption and dissociation of H2, increased with the addition of an appropriate amount of ZnO. Moreover, the amount of basic sites on the catalyst surface was greatly enhanced by the presence of ZnO, resulting in an increase of the adsorbed O32. The highest activity could be obtained when the ratio of Zn/Zr was 2:3 in the CuO-ZnO-ZrO2 catalyst.
