数字出版背景下高校学报网络出版平台的建设

摘　　要：对高校学报数字化平台建设的现状进行了分析,认为高校学报网络出版平台建设中存在诸多弊端,必须对这些资源进行整合.高校学报具有传播新技术、新思想、新理念等功能,体现编者、作者、读者之间密不可分的协作关系,因此,高校学报网络出版平台的功能模块也应具有这样的功能、体现这种关系,可设立宣传介绍模块、编辑模块、作者模块、读者模块和其他模块等.最后,分析了功能完备的高校学报网络出版平台所具有的优点.It was analyzed the current situation of platform disadvantages were pointed out, integration of sources was construction for journals of universities, the existing suggested based on the functional deficit of the cur-rent web platform. The universities journals were aimed at delivering science and technology, new ideas and innovations, and these functionalities showed the tight relationship between editors, authors and readers. To put into practice for these relations, a web publishing platform should involve relevant facilities such as： intro-duction section, editors＇ section, authors＇ ges of well fitted web publishing platform section, readers＇ section and etc. It was finally showed the advanta- of universities journals.
