摘 要:针对传统工业CT体积大、成本高、传输速率低以及操作不便等问题,本文提出了一种基于ARM7和USB技术的工业CT数据采集系统设计方案。硬件采用32位的LPC2290作为核心控制器,设计了具有高集成度的信号调理电路和电机控制电路,并结合接口芯片CH376实现了高速高效、即插即用的USB传输;采用VC语言编写了上位机的采集控制软件,采用C语言和汇编语言混合编写了下位机的控制软件。软硬件联合测试结果说明:采集系统数据传输稳定可靠、高效便捷,步进电机控制方便精确,能够满足新型工业CT的发展要求。Aim at the insufficiency of traditional Industrial CT characterized with bulk mass, high cost, low trans mission rate and inconvenient operation, This paper puts forward a design method of data acquisition system for in dustrial CT based on ARM7 and USB Technology. High integrated signal processing circuit and motor control cir cuit are designed using LPC2290 as the core controller, High speed and high efficiency, plugandplay USB trans mission is realized by CH376; Data sampling control program is compiled by VC, control program of slave com puter is compiled by mixed of C and assembly language. Results of combined test with software and hardware are as following: Acquisition system data transmission is reliable, efficient and convenient, Stepper motor control is easy and precise. It can meet the requirements of the development of new industrial CT.
