摘　　要：近年慢性丙型肝炎抗病毒治疗的标准治疗方案优化和直接抗病毒药物研发均取得突破性进展。本文综述近年国内外相关研究进展以及新药研发趋势。In recent years, chronic hepatitis C antiviral therapy has achieved some breakthroughs both in standard care optimization and direct-acting antiviral agents. This review describes latest progresses in these two aspects and provides a prospect for new development.
