摘　　要：重症酒精性肝炎是一种由酒精导致的、潜在威胁生命的急性肝损伤,死亡率高,临床治疗面临巨大挑战。本文从营养支持治疗以及糖皮质激素、抗细胞因子应用等几个方面综述重症酒精性肝炎的临床治疗进展。Severe alcoholic hepatitis is an acute, potential life-threatening liver injury caused by alcohol. Due to the higher mortality of patients with severe alcoholic hepatitis the treatment of severe alcoholic hepatitis remains a great challenge. This review summarizes the advance in pharmacotherapy against severe alcoholic hepatitis including nutrition therapy, anticytokine therapy and glucocotitcod therapy.
