摘　　要：介绍了丝网印花的工艺流程及印花机印花臂的工作原理,分析了目前国内常用的自动丝网印花机印花臂的优缺点,并提出了一种新型自动丝网机印花臂结构,以替代常用的多个动力装置。该装置在结构上有很大改进,具有结构简单,原理巧妙等特点,并且可以减少其控制部分PLC的I/O点数。The screen printing process and the working principle of printing arm were described. The advantages and disadvantages of printing arm of domestic common used automatic screen printing machine at present were analyzed. A new printing arm structure of automatic screen printing machine was proposed to replace the commonly used multi-a power unit. The device had significant structure improvements, such as simple structure and ingenious principle, and also can reduce the PLC I/O points of control part.
