摘　　要：在大学本科服装设计与工程专业进行的卓越人才培养模式改革中,从学院自身特点出发,将企业需要作为人才培养的目标,切实地为企业提供智力和人才支持,有针对性地实行了一系列改革,并在教学实践中取得了显著成效。The reformation of excellent talents training mode for college clothing design and engineering major was proceeded. Aceording to its own characteristics and need of enterprise as the goal of talents training, a series of reformation provided the support of intelligence and talents to enterprise and achieved remarkable effects in education practice.
