摘  要:为了解决塔河油田深层稠油井筒流动性差和举升效率差等问题,结合潜油电泵排量高、使用范围广以及管理方便的特点,对潜油电泵井油套环空泵下掺稀油举升工艺进行研究和应用。综合考虑潜油电机以及电缆加热作用和掺入稀油参数的影响,基于热能守恒原理,推导潜油电泵井油套环空泵下掺稀油井筒流体温度计算模型,分析不同井口掺入稀油的温度、掺入稀油量以及掺入点深度对井筒流体温度分布的影响。结果表明:在一定的掺入点深度处,掺入稀油温度的增加,能有效增加上部和近井口处的地层产出液与掺入稀油的混合液的温度,有利于地面集输,但对近掺稀点深度处的混合液的温度影响较小;随着掺入稀油量的增加,近井口段地层产出液与掺入稀油的混合液温度增加,靠近掺稀点深度处混合液温度略有降低;增大掺稀点深度,地层产出液与掺入稀油的混合液的温度略有增加。Electrical submersible pump (ESP) is efficient artificial lifting equipment,which has large discharge capacity and is convenient for application and management in different types of oil wells.An ESP combined with light oil blending technique was proposed to reduce oil viscosity and increase the mobility of fluid in the wellbore for deep and heavy oil reservoirs in Tahe Oilfield.A wellbore temperature model was established to calculate the fluid temperature in annulus after light oils were blended or injected into the wellbore for the ESP operated wells.The model was based on the energy conservation principles,considering the heating effects from ESP's motor and cable as well as the blended light oils.The influences of the injection depth,the volume and temperature of the blended light oils on wellbore fluid temperature were analyzed.The results show that,at a certain injection depth,increasing the blending oil's temperature can effectively increase the mixture's temperature above the injection point and near the wellhead,while it has little effect on the fluid temperature near the injection point,which is beneficial to the operations of surface gathering and transportation.The increase of the blended oil's volume can also increase the temperature of the mixed fluid near the wellhead,but can slightly decrease the fluid temperature near the blending depth.The temperature of the mixed fluid slightly increases with the increase of the blending depth.
