摘  要:以红提为试验材料,利用LI-6400便携式光合仪在露地和简易棚2种栽培条件下,测定葡萄叶片的净光合速率、胞间CO2浓度等参数。结果表明:避雨栽培降低了葡萄叶片的净光合速率、胞间CO2浓度和叶室内部光强,降幅分别为14.06%、7.46%和41.72%,与露地栽培相比,差异均达到了极显著水平。避雨栽培提高了葡萄叶片的蒸腾速率,升幅为0.50%;降低了葡萄叶面温度,降幅为0.71%,与露地栽培相比差异不显著。The grape variety of Hongti was used to study the influence of rainproof cultivation on photosynthetic characteristics of grape leaves by using the L1-6400 portable photosynthesis system in this paper.The results showed that there were highly significant differences on the net photosynthetic rate, the intercellular CO2 concentration of grape leaves and the in-chamber quantum sensor under rainproof cultivation and at outdoor. The leaves infected percentage of net photosynthetic rate was reduced by 14.06%,the intercellular CO2 concentration was decreased by 7.46%, and the in-chamber quantum sensor was also reduced by 41.72% under rainproof cultivation.The transpiration rate of grape leaves and leaf temperature had no significant differences under two growing conditions, which were only by 0.50% and 0.71%.
