城乡基本公共服务非均等化的实证分析——以新洲区为例

摘　　要：在城镇化进程中推进城乡基本公共服务均等化,是统筹城乡发展,提高城镇化质量,推进城乡一体化的重要任务。运用案例分析法,对武汉市新洲地区的义务教育、医疗卫生、社会保障与就业、公共安全和公共文化等方面展开分析,实证分析表明:当前还存在因财政投入不足,导致城镇化水平高而基本公共服务水平难以与之相匹配的状况。因此,需要采取积极措施推进城乡基本公共服务均等化。In the process of urbanization, it is an important to promote equalization of basic public services between urban and rural regions. Through case study, this paper analyzed compulsory education, health care, social security and employment, public security and public culture. Researches showed that the current urbanization rate is high, and the level of basic public service lags behind that of urbanization. Therefore, government should take some measures to promote equalization of basic public services between urban and rural regions.
