摘 要:分析了煤矿井下用酯型难燃液压油的腐蚀来源,找出了产品中基础油和添加剂2个主要腐蚀因素,阐述了油品腐蚀对液压系统和煤矿设备可能造成的危害。在含有基础油和极压剂、油性剂的样品中,通过液相锈蚀试验和腐蚀试验筛选出了有效的防腐剂,确定了最佳用量。对酯型难燃液压油的长期防锈、防腐蚀性进行测试,探寻出添加一定比例的防锈剂和防腐剂来对产品进行缓蚀改性,使产品的短期或长期防锈性、防腐蚀性均得到明显改善,有效抑制了腐蚀的发生,保证了产品质量,确保煤矿安全生产。By analyzing corrosion source of mine ester fire-retardant hydraulic oil,2 main corrosion factors including base oil and additive were found. Damage of oil corrosion on hydraulic system and equipments was introduced. Effective antiseptic substance was selected from samples of base oil,extreme pressure agent,oiliness agent by rust test in liquid phase and corrosion test,its optimum dosage was obtained as well. By long-term anti-rust and anti-corrosion test of ester fire-retardant hydraulic oil,it was tried to improve product' s short-term and long-term anti-rust and anti-corrosion property by adding proportional anti-rust agent and anti-corrosion agent. Corrosion was effectively controlled and product quality was improved.
