摘　　要：为满足计量用低压电流互感器大批量、集中化检定的需求,设计并实现了具有自主知识产权的电流互感器自动化检定系统。系统实现了仓储接驳、物料传输、一二次线的接拆、检定、分拣贴标、故障处理等自动化功能,可开展0.2S级及以下计量用低压电流互感器的自动检定。该系统实现了计量检定方式的根本转变,增强了计量检定工作的管控力和影响力,确保准确公正计量。同时有利于电能计量领域的产业结构调整和技术装备升级。In order to satisfy the demand for centralized verifying large quantities of low voltage current transformers, the automatic verification system with independent intellectual property rights is designed and implemented. Many automatic functions, including storage and transportation; materials transmission; connecting and dismantling the primary and secondary wirings; verification; sorting and labeling; as well as fault handling, etc. , are implemented by the system, thus the low voltage current transformers which accuracy equals to or less than 0. 1% used for metering can be verified automatically. The system fundamentally changes the metrological verification mode, enhances the strengths of management and control and influence for metrological verification, and ensures proper and justice metrology. In addition, it is helpful for industrial restructuring and technical equipment upgrading in electric energy metrology field.
