摘  要:为满足现代工业应用要求,克服传统压力变送器存在的问题,设计了基于MSP430单片机和ZigBee无线技术的压力变送器。采用模块化硬件设计,分别开发了A/D转换、RS-485通信、无线通信等各种硬件模块。同时采用传感器"间歇供电"方式和芯片低功耗编程技术,降低了变送器的功耗。试验表明,该压力变送器的各项指标均满足要求,具有高速率、高精度、抗干扰性强和无线传输等特性。To satisfy the requirements of modem industrial applications and overcome the problems existing in traditional pressure transmitters, the pressure transmitter based on MSP430 single chip machine and ZigBee wireless technology has been designed. Several hardware modules ineluding A/D conversion, RS-485 communication, and wireless communication etc. , are developed respectively. In addition, by adopting intermittent power supply for sensor and chip low power consumption programming technology, the power consumption of the transmitter is decreased. The tests show that the indexes of the pressure transmitter meet the requirements, and features high speed, high precision, strong anti-interference capability and wireless transmission.
