摘　　要：简述了日处理煤30 t的单喷嘴水冷壁粉煤气化中试装置试烧北宿煤、鲍店煤、田坝煤和南屯煤的过程。通过试烧,确定了各煤种的气化炉操作温度、氧煤比及挂渣情况,对试烧过程中出现的主要技术问题和解决方法进行了分析总结,并对中试装置在硬件上的不足进行了改造。The pilot experimental process of trial burning Beisu coal, Baodian coal, Tianba coal and Nantun Coal in a 30 t/d single-nozzle pulverized coal gasifier with water cooling wall is briefed. The operating temperature, coal-oxygen ratio and adhering slag of different varieties of coals have been observed. By working out solutions to the major technological problems occurred, improvements have been made on the pilot plant accordingly.
