摘　　要：在联碱生产中，由于主要生产原料工业盐的质量存在差异，尤其是Ca^2＋，Mg^2＋，SO4^2-等离子含量较高的工业盐，对纯碱产品质量产生很大影响。将自主开发的HJQ-505型专用助沉剂应用于精制联碱氨母液Ⅱ中，氨母液Ⅱ浊度由初始的150～250mg/L降至〈40mg/L（澄清后），纯碱成品透光率由初始〈30％上升至〉90％（精制后），满足了洗涤行业对高端纯碱产品品质的要求。The quality differences of various industrial salts used in soda production, particularly quality differences of industrial salts with high ion contents of Ca^2＋,Mg^2＋,SO4^2-, etc. have directly affected quality of soda products. By using HJQ-505 special settling agent independently developed in China in refined ammonia mother liquor II of Hou＇ s process, turbidity of ammonia mother liquor II decreased from 150 - 250 mg/L to less than 40 mg/L （after being settled） and light transmittance of soda products rose from less than 30% to more than 90% （ after being refined） , both of which could fully satisfy requirements of manufacturing soda products of fine quality in detergent industry.
