摘 要:通过对采场现状的研究分析,认为加强采空区的探测与处理确保施工安全和综合运用多种精细爆破工艺提高采矿效率和采矿质量是解决目前供矿形势紧张、创造合理配矿条件的关键所在。因此,针对大宝山矿的具体情况,一是加大采场北部空区区域的采矿强度确保近期供矿,二是加大采场西部剥离强度揭露深部矿体确保后续供矿,从而实现了该危机矿山的转型。实践证明,在危机矿山转型中开发并运用的安全可靠的采空区采矿施工模式和中小型设备流水作业高强度剥离施工模式,无论对现有矿山规模的正常生产,还是后续铜硫大开发项目的基建工程和正式运营均大有裨益。Based on the analysis of present situation of Dabaoshan mine,this two aspects,enhancing survey and treatment of goafs for the safety of mine-construction,and using different blasting techniques to improve the efficiency and quality of mining,were important to alleviate the pressure of ore-supply and offer precondition of ore-blending.Specifically,to realize the transformation of this crisis mine,increasing ore-exploitation strength of the north goaf regions for present ore-supply and peeling strength of the west regions to expose the deep orebody for future ore-supply have been conducted.These practices showed that methods for the transformation of crisis mine,including the safety ore mining in the goaf regions and flow process of exploitation peeling with high-strength by middle and small equipment were benefit not only to present ore-production but also capital construction daily ore-production of the development of copper sulfur project in the future.
