摘　　要：自上世纪90年代至今,我国水产企业与毛里塔尼亚的渔业合作项目已有20余年。目前,中国水产总公司和上海水产集团蒂尔远洋渔业公司仍有50余艘渔船在毛里塔尼亚海域从事头足类拖网捕捞作业。由于多年来毛里塔尼亚海域存在过度捕捞状况,该国政府对外资企业参与渔业合作的条件日趋严格。特别是近几年来,受国际金融危机、鱼价起伏不定、燃油成本逐年上升等因素的影响,加上大多数中国渔船船龄较长,设备老化,中国渔业企业在毛塔的生产经营出现困难。面对上述严峻的形势,有必要对中国与毛塔渔业合作状况作一回顾,并对未来的合作前景及模式进行探讨。China and more than 50 Chinese Mauritania have started cooperation in fisheries since 1990s. At present, there are still fishing vessels in Mauritanian waters for cephalopod production. Due to the over fishing in Mauritanian waters, the Mauritanian government has taken more stringent management measures for foreign fishing vessels. Especially in recent years, the international financial crisis, fluctuation of fish prices and the increase of fuel costs made Chinese fishing enterprises in Mauritanian fall in difficulties. It is necessary for Chinese fishing enterprises to review the past and explore a new mode of fisheries cooperation between China and Mauritania.
