中药合剂联合心理行为治疗慢性前列腺炎疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药合剂联合心理行为治疗慢性前列腺炎的临床疗效。方法将100例慢性前列腺炎门诊患者按1.5∶1的比例随机分为治疗组60例和对照组40例。治疗组予中药合剂辨证联合心理行为治疗,对照组单纯给予中药合剂辨证治疗。2组均4周为1个疗程。分别于治疗结束0、3、6个月观察随访慢性前列腺炎症状评分(NIH-CPSI)总评分及分项评分。结果治疗结束后0、3、6个月,2组NIH-CPSI总评分及分项评分与治疗前比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后3、6个月NIH-CPSI总评分与对照组同期比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药合剂联合心理行为疗法治疗慢性前列腺炎疗效确切,可降低复发率。Objective To observe the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine mixture combined psy chological and behavioral therapy on chronic prostatitis. Methods 100 outpatients with chronic prostatitis were ran domly divided into control group （ n = 40） and treatment group （ n = 60）. Control group were given differential treat ment of traditional Chinese medicine mixture. Treatment group were given differential treatment of traditional Chinese medicine mixture combined psychological and behavioral therapy. The course was four weeks in two groups. NII-I - CP SI and partial score were observed on 0,3,6 - month follow - up after treatment. Results There was significant difference between after 0,3,6 months of treatment and before treatment on NIH - CPSI（ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was signif icant difference between two groups on NIH - CPSI after 3,6 months of treatment （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Tradi tional Chinese medicine mixture combined psychological and behavioral therapy has definite effect and can reduce the recurrence rate on chronic prostatitis.
