肾康宁方联合化毒灌肠方治疗慢性肾衰竭30例临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察肾康宁方联合化毒灌肠方治疗慢性肾衰竭(CRF)的临床疗效。方法选取CRF患者60例,随机分为2组,每组30例。治疗组予肾康宁方煎剂口服联合化毒灌肠方煎剂灌肠治疗,每日1次,10 d为1个疗程,2个疗程间隔7 d,治疗2个疗程;对照组给予药用炭片口服治疗,每日3次,10 d为1个疗程,治疗3个疗程。观察比较2组的临床疗效,并比较2组治疗前后临床症状积分及血清肌酐(Cr)、尿素氮(BUN)水平变化。结果治疗组总效率76.0%,对照组56.0%,2组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组治疗后临床症状积分及Cr、BUN水平变化与本组治疗前比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),均有明显降低;治疗组治疗后临床症状积分及Cr、BUN水平变化与对照组治疗后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组改善优于对照组。结论肾康宁方联合化毒灌肠方治疗CRF临床效果显著,更能有效改善患者临床症状,降低Cr及BUN水平。Objective To observe the effect of Shenkangning combined with enema prescription for resol ving poison on the treatment of chronic renal failure （CRF）. Methods 60 CRF patients from Medical Department One, Niangyang Railway Central Hospital in Hubei Province were randomly divided into two groups. Control group re ceived oral treatment with Aixite tablets. Treatment group received Shenkangning combined with enema prescription for resolving poison. The clinical symptoms score and the changes of SCr and BUN levels were compared before and after treatment. Results The total effective rate in treatment group （76.0%） was higher than that in control group （56.0% ,P 〈0.05）. There were significant differences between before and after treatment on the clinical symptoms score and the changes of SCr and BUN levels in two groups （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. There were significant differences between two groups on the clinical symptoms score and the changes of SCr and BUN levels after treatment （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. The im provement in treatment group was superior to that in control group. Conclusion Shenkangning combined with enema prescription for resolving poison has obvious effect on the treatment of CRF, can effectively improve clinical symptoms of patients and decrease the levels of SCr and BUN.
