中药联合小剂量利妥昔单抗注射液治疗老年慢性免疫性血小板减少症临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察中药联合小剂量利妥昔单抗注射液治疗老年慢性免疫性血小板减少症(ITP)的临床疗效。方法 108例老年ITP患者,根据血小板计数分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组56例,给予口服中药及小剂量利妥昔单抗注射液;对照组52例,仅给予小剂量利妥昔单抗注射液。1个月为1个疗程,连续治疗6个疗程。观察2组疗效。结果治疗组总有效率82.14%,对照组71.15%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论中药治疗老年慢性ITP有良好的疗效,无明显不良反应。Objective To study the effect of Chinese traditional medicine combined with small dose rituximab injec tion on elderly patients with chronic immune thrombocytopenia. Methods 108 elderly patients with chronic immune thrombocytopenia were randomly divided into two groups. Patients in treatment group（ n = 56） were treated by oral Chi nese medicine and combined with small dose rituximab injection. Control group（ n = 52） was given only small dose ritux imab injection. The course was a month in two groups. Results The total effective rate in treatment group （82.14%） was superior to that in control group（71.15% ,P 〈0.05）. Conclusion Chinese traditional medicine has a good therapeutic effect on elderly patients with chronic immune thrombocytopenia and has no obvious adverse reaction.
