老年髋部骨折手术患者心理健康干预的效果评价

摘　　要：目的观察心理健康干预对老年髋部骨折手术患者的效果评价。方法将102例老年髋部骨折手术患者随机分为2组,常规护理组49例予常规护理,心理健康干预组53例在常规护理组护理基础上进行心理健康干预。应用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、症状自评量表(SCL-90)对患者进行心理健康评价,应用社会支持评定量表(SSRS)对社会支持进行评价,应用髋关节评分(Harris)系统对髋关节功能进行评价。结果 2组护理后HAMA评分、HAMD评分及SCL-90评分均低于本组护理前(P<0.05),Harris评分高于本组护理前(P<0.05);心理健康干预组护理后HAMA评分、HAMD评分及SCL-90评分均低于常规护理组(P<0.05),SSPS评分、Harris评分均高于常规护理组(P<0.05)。结论加强心理健康干预可缓解老年髋部骨折手术患者的焦虑和抑郁情绪,对患者髋关节功能康复具有积极作用。Objective To observe the effect of psychological health intervention during treatment and reha bilitation process on geriatric hip fracture. Methods 102 cases of geriatric hip fracture were randomly divided into two groups. 49 cases in control group received conventional nursing. 53 cases in treatment group received psychological health intervention on the basis of control group nursing. Psychological health of patients was evaluated by HAMA, HAMD and SCL - 90. Social support of patients was evaluated by SSRS. Function of hip joint of patients was evaluated by Harris hip score. Results HAMA score, HAMD score and SCL -90 score after nursing were decreased as com pared with those before nursing in two groups（P 〈 0.05 ）. Harris hip score after nursing was higher than that before nursing in two groups（ P 〈0.05 ）. HAMA score,HAMD score and SCL -90 score in treatment group was lower than that in control group（P 〈0.05）. Harris hip score in treatment group was higher than that in control group after psy chological health intervention and nursing（P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Enhancing mental health intervention can allevi ate the anxiety and depression of elderly hip fracture patients, and has a positive effect for functional rehabilitation of patients with hip joint.
