水刺生产工艺参数对材料结构性能的影响

摘　　要：将粘胶与涤纶纤维按50/50的比例混合,并通过变化水刺生产工艺参数,包括水刺距离、水刺压力,制成试样。测量试样面密度、材料厚度、透气性和孔隙率等性能,分析水刺生产工艺参数变化对材料结构性能的影响。Samples of 50/50 PET/Rayon are made by using different spunlace process parameters, such as different spunlace process distanee and spunlace pressure. And the sample properties as surface density, thickness, air permeability and porosity are measured. The impact law of spunlaee process parameters on the product performances has been analyzed.
