摘 要:为研究PCBN高速切削25CrMo4淬火钢的切削机制,应用Deform-3D软件建立三维有限元模型并对切削过程进行仿真,获得了不同切削速度、背吃刀量和进给量下切削力的变化规律,通过对模拟结果评估获得了最佳切削参数。通过在最佳切削参数下进行切削实验,结果发现:不同切削速度下的切削力实验与模拟值非常吻合,这表明用Deform-3D软件建立三维有限元切削模型并对切削过程进行仿真可以准确模拟PCBN高速切削25CrMo4淬火钢的加工过程。In order to study the cutting mechanism of high-speed cutting of hardened 25CrMo4 steel using PCBN tools, three-di- mensional finite element model was built with the aid of Deform-3D software and the cutting process was simulated. Variation law of cutting force under different cutting speeds, back cutting depths and feeds was obtained based on the simulation results, and the opti- mum cutting parameters were obtained through evaluation of the simulation results. Cutting experiments were carried out under the opti- mal cutting parameters. The experimental results show that experimental values of cutting force agree well with the simulation results, which indicates that three-dimensional finite element cutting model built using Deform-3D software and the following cutting process simulation based on this can accurately simulate high-speed cutting process of hardened 25CrMo4 steel using PCBN tools.
