摘 要:地质找矿重大突破成果奖励激励政策研究为地矿部门制定合理有效的激励政策提供科学的参考依据。基于已有研究及调研结果,利用熵权法对地质找矿重大突破成果奖励激励政策需求程度进行研究,并进一步分析地勘单位职工个体背景特征差异对其激励的影响规律。研究发现职工对各项成果奖励激励政策需求程度并无显著差异;而不同背景特征的职工对于成果奖励激励政策的感受程度及其被激励程度会有所差异。提出"制定多样化、差异化成果奖励激励政策"的建议。Research on incentive policy of achievement awarding for major breakthroughs in geological prospecting provides scientific reference for geological and mining departments to formulate reasonable incentive policy. Based on previous research and investigation result, this paper applies entropy weight method to explore the demand degree of incentive policy of achievement awarding for major breakthroughs in geological prospecting, and analyses how the differences in employees' personal characteristics affect the incentive policy. The research shows that there is no significant difference in the demand degree of incentive policy of achievement awarding for employees in geological prospecting units, but the degrees of feeling and motivation of achievement awarding incentive policy are varied among employees with different backgrounds. Finally, on the basis of the above analysis, this paper puts forward to the suggestion of "formulating diversified and different incentive policies of achievement awarding".
