摘  要:阐述了定向钻进的工作原理及钻具姿态测量的方法,设计了一种采用磁阻传感器和加速度传感器测定钻具倾斜角、面向角和方位角的测量系统。分析了影响系统测量精度的误差来源,并在此基础上提出了相应的校正和补偿方法。实验结果表明:校正和补偿后系统的倾斜角、面向角误差在±1°以内,方位角误差在±1.75°以内,能够满足定向钻进钻具姿态实时测量的需要。Expounding the working principles of directional drilling and the attitude measurement method of drilling tool, a kind of drilling tool's pitch, roll and azimuth measurement system which adopted magnetoresistive sensors and acceleration transduc- er was designed. Based on the analysis about the source of error which influenced the measurement system's accuracy, the method of correction was come up with. Experimental results show that after compensation pitch and roll's error will be in ± 1°, and the azimuth's error will be in ±1.75° ,which can meet the need of real-time measurement of drilling tool in directional drilling.
