摘　　要：目的了解维持性血液透析患者的生活状况,分析影响因素及探讨改善生活质量的途径。方法将2010年1月至2012年12月在我院进行维持性血液透析的215例患者作为调查对象,采用自拟问卷调查表对其日常生活状况、心理状况、家庭经济负担等进行问卷调查。结果维持性血液透析患者普遍对当前生活状况不满意,心理负担及其家庭经济负担均较重,对病症的恢复和生活均明显丧失信心;且躯体、心理、社会功能评分均明显低于常规生活质量评分(P<0.05)。结论应给予维持性血液透析患者科学、合理的社会支持,以有效改善其生存期的生活质量。Objective Investigation of living status of hemodialysis patients,analysis influence factors and improve the quality of life. Methods Choose our hospital in 2010 January- 2012 December, of 215 maintenance hemodialysis patients as the object of investigation, questionnaire survey,will the daily life condition, mental status, family economic burden of questionnaire survey. Results Score of 215 cases of maintenance hemodialysis patients on dialysis, body, psychological social function scores were significantly lower than the norton1 quality of life （ P 〈 0. 05）; patients are not satisfied with the eurrent living conditions in general, psychological burden and family economic burden is heavy, the disease recovery and life were obviously lose confidence. Conclusion Given the hemodialysis patients with scientific and reasonable social support, can effectively improve the life quality of life.
