摘 要:高等教育是大部分人接受全日制学校教育的最后阶段,也是青少年步入社会前接受系统的体育教育的最后机会。如何不断探索新的体育教学模式,更好地开展体育教学工作,是我国高校体育教学改革与发展的重要内容。本研究运用动机量表,对我国普通高校大学生在"运动教育模式"和我国传统体育教学模式下的内在动机、任务定向和自我定向、感觉动机氛围进行分析与探讨。研究结果表明:在我国普通高校健美操教学中,"运动教育模式"有利于提高学生的内部动机、任务定向、掌握动机氛围水平,从而促进了学生锻炼效果的增强。For the majority of people,higher education is the final stage of their full-time schooling and their last chance to receive a systematic physical education. How to explore new models of physical education and how to conduct more effective physical education teaching are important questions to be answered in the reform and development of physical education in institutions of higher learning. The purpose of this study was to compare the effect of sport education model( SEM) and the traditional instruction( TI) on aerobics teaching in Chinese universities. The data collection protocol included 100 students' motivation questionnaires from pre-and post-test. Results indicated that students in the SEM unit got higher levels of intrinsic motivation,task orientation,and the mastery climate than students in the TI unit.
