我国优秀运动员“逆淘汰”影响因素与评价模型——基于WSR方法论

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、数理统计等方法,基于WSR方法论从物理、事理和人理3个方面对优秀运动员"逆淘汰"影响因素进行分析并建立了评价模型。研究认为,优秀运动员"逆淘汰"物理层面因素包括影响运动员"逆淘汰"的外部环境和内部环境;事理层面包括优秀运动员退役后的政策制度和继续接受教育2方面;人理层面包括运动员身份认同、逆淘汰态度、逆淘汰准备3个方面,三者构成了WSR系统,在此基础上构建了评价模型,以近10年优秀乒乓球运动员为例,进行实证分析。Based on the WSR methodology,this study looked at factors that influence the＂adverse selection＂of athletes from the three aspects of Wuli,Shili and Renli and built an evaluation model for it. The Wuli factors involved in the ＂ adverse selection＂ of excellent athletes include the external and internal environment; the Shili factors involve the policies and continuing education of excellent athletes after retirement; the Renli factors consist of athlete＇s identity,adverse selection attitude,and adverse selection preparation. Based on these factors was constructed an evaluation model,which was applied to analyzing outstanding table tennis players in the past ten years.
