摘  要:介绍了一种自适应的γ能谱散射本底扣除方法。该方法首先采用对称零面积寻峰方法对能谱寻峰并计算峰宽,然后采用SNIP方法进行散射本底的扣除,解决了峰宽对散射本底扣除的影响问题。为了验证方法的正确性,采用该方法对NaI(Tl)和HPGe探测器测得的典型γ能谱分别进行了本底扣除,并计算了γ特征峰的净峰面积,实验结果表明,该方法与Genie2000解谱结果的相对差异分别小于7%和2%。A self- adaptive method for the clipping of scatter background of -y spectrum was presented. The principle of this method was tt, at the peak search and peak region estimation were implemented with symmetric zero- area conversion method, then the scatter background was clipped with sensitive nonlinear iterative peak (SNIP) clipping algorithm. This method resolved the problem of the izffluence of peak region on the separation of scatter background. To test the accuracy of this method, the clipping of background were done respectively for the gamma spectrums measured by NaI (T1) and HPGe detector, and the net areas for gamma characteristic peak were calculated. The results indicated that the relative deviations between this method and the results from Genie-2000 software were less than 7% and 2%, respectively.
