摘　　要：以电力行业领域的绘图平台为依托,利用构件的可复用技术进行开发,介绍了基于构件的软件开发方法,阐述了基于构件的软件开发技术的优点,最后采用构件可复用技术开发方法设计和实现绘图平台。This paper, basing its discussion on the drawing platform used in the electric power industry and us- ing the reusable technology of components, first introduces the method of software development based on com- ponents, then expounds the advantages of this method, and finally describes the design and implementation of the drawing platform with the development method of reusable technology of components.
