摘　　要：人类对幸福生活的孜孜追求使人类创造出了宪法,民生幸福因此成为宪法产生的逻辑起点和永恒的价值取向。我国宪法是人民实现幸福生活的根本保障,现阶段我们仍然需要以民生幸福为价值指南进一步完善宪法,特别是要保证宪法的有效实施,这对于贯彻落实党的十八大精神,依法保障民生幸福具有重要意义。The diligent pursuit of happiness make human created the constitution, so that the livelihood happiness become the logical starting point and timeless values that constitution generate. The Constitution in China is the fundamental guarantee for people to realize the happy life. At this stage we still need to further improve the Constitution base on the value of people＇s livelihood happiness, in particular to ensure the effective implementation of the constitution, which has important significance for the implementation of the Party＇s spirit of 18th Conference and the protection of the livelihood happiness by the law.
