摘　　要：薪酬是企事业管理的核心元素,我国竞技体育行业亦是如此,良好的薪酬制度可以有效的激发运动员训练以及比赛的积极性,有利于运动员优异成绩的创造,反之则会造成资源的贬值和人才的流失。通过对我国运动员的薪酬分配制度历史演进进行分析,为我国运动员的薪酬改革提供借鉴。Salary is the core element in the enterprise management. Good salary system can effectively arouse the en- thusiasm of athletes training and competition and help improve the athletes＇ excellent performance. With the re- search methods of literature study, inductive and deductive method, the paper analyses the athletes＇ salary distribu- tion system in China so as to provide time coordinate for the athletes＇ salary system reform in China.
