公共体育场馆改革路径研究——以湖北省为例

摘　　要：以湖北省为例对公共体育场馆整体经营管理的现状进行分析,指出当前管理中存在的诸多问题:场馆体制、机制不活,动力不足;经营理念落后;人力资源开发与配置不合理。并针对问题提出相应的建议:学习借鉴国外的经验,转变场馆经营管理思路及采取积极有效的经营措施。The paper analyses the current management of the public sport stadiums in Hebei province and points out the problems in management, such as rigid stadium system, underdeveloped operation concept and inappropriate human resource exploration and allocation. The paper proposes to learn from the foreign counterparts and improve the management and reform of the public sport stadiums.
