1例非典型首发症状心肌梗死并文献分析

摘　　要：目的通过了解心肌梗死患者非典型首发症状及临床特征,提高对心肌梗死病首发症状多样性的认识。方法结合1例非典型首发症状心肌梗死患者的临床资料及文献复习,详细深入分析该病非典型首发症状临床表现、原因及临床对策。结果心肌梗死非典型首发症状较多,主要表现为上腹部不适、腹痛、牙痛、咽痛、憋喘、呼吸困难、晕厥、心律失常等。结论心肌梗死非典型首发症状差异性较大,易误诊,临床上应予重视。对于中老年患者有以上不典型表现者应及时做心电图等检查明确。心电图不典型者应反复检查,并结合心肌酶谱、肌钙蛋白测定确诊,防止误诊延误病情。Objective By understanding the atypical initial symptom in patients with myocardial infarction and clinical features of myocardial infarction patients ,to enhances understand to multiple first round symptom of myocardial infarction.Methods We de-scribe a patient with atypical initial symptom myocardial infarction and review the medical literature ,to thorough detailed analysis the non-typical first round symptom and the clinical manifestation , the reason and the clinical countermeasure of myocardial infarc-tion.Results Atypical initial symptom of myocardial infarction have many clinical manifestation ,the main performance is upper ab-dominal discomfort,abdominal pain,toothache,sore throat,choke asthma,dyspnea,syncope,arrhythmia,etc.Conclusion Differ-ences in atypical initial symptoms of myocardial infarction is big and easy to misdiagnose ,clinical doctors should give seriously prac-tice for the middle-aged patients with non -typical manifestation of the above should do so promptly electrocardiogram and other tests.Atypical ECG patients should repeatedly check the ECG combined with myocardial enzyme and the myo -calcium protein to determinate diagnosis ,to prevent misdiagnosis and delay treatment.
